Treatment

Measure your progress, Don’t guess.

We combine hyperbaric oxygen therapy with advanced blood testing to help you track real changes in your body—from inflammation and recovery to metabolic health.

Baseline and boost

Includes:

  • Pre-treatment blood test

  • Key biomarker analysis

What this gives you:

  • A clear snapshot of your current health

  • Insight into inflammation, energy, and metabolic markers

  • A baseline to improve from

Pre and Post HBOT Programme

Includes:

  • Block of HBOT sessions (minimum 20 sessions)

  • Blood test before starting

  • Blood test after completing your sessions

  • Side-by-side results comparison

Standalone Testing

We offer professionally analysed tests in partnership with Medichecks, with options including:

  • General health panels

  • Performance-focused testing

  • Hormone and metabolic testing

  • Vitamin and nutrient analysis

Your Questions, Answered

  • Results vary, but we typically look for:

    • Reductions in inflammation markers

    • Improved metabolic markers (like blood glucose)

    • Better immune system balance

    • Indicators of improved recovery and oxygen use

Changes tend to be more noticeable if your baseline markers are elevated.

  • We use a comprehensive venous or finger-prick blood test (depending on the option you choose), analysed by a certified laboratory. The panels are designed to give a broad overview of key health markers rather than just a single metric.

  • Typically, results are available within a few days of the lab receiving your sample. You’ll be notified as soon as they’re ready.

  • You’ll receive a clear report showing:

    • Your biomarker levels

    • Reference ranges (what’s considered normal)

    • Indicators if something is low, high, or out of range

This makes it easy to understand where you currently stand.

What We’re Looking At

Inflammation

  • Markers such as CRP

  • White blood cell activity

Many clients experience a reduction in inflammation markers, particularly if elevated at baseline

Immune System Balance

  • Neutrophils, lymphocytes, and other immune cells

Often shifts from a “high stress” state to a more balanced profile

Metabolic Health

  • Blood glucose and related markers

Improvements may be seen in clients with suboptimal metabolic health

Recovery Indicators

  • Blood cell dynamics linked to oxygen delivery and repair
